Connectly Recruiting is seeking an experienced Owner's Representative (Senior Construction Project Manager) based in Nashville to oversee multifamily development delivery. You will manage construction progress, coordinate owner changes, and ensure alignment with client goals.

This full-time role requires weekly to bi-monthly travel to projects across states, with no remote option, and a strong focus on communication between construction teams and operators to achieve seamless delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor Multifamily Construction Process
• Run the change order management process during construction
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of owner requested changes during construction
• Run the delivery coordination process between Construction and the operator
