Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking an experienced owner’s representative to lead day-to-day design and construction management across multiple active projects and campus sites.

You will coordinate among clients, contractors, design teams, campus staff, and public agencies, ensuring progress in occupied environments with minimal disruption.

The role requires strong field leadership, excellent communication, and a track record in K-12 or public-sector facilities, focusing on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction/design background required.
• 5–10 years of design or construction management experience in commercial/public/educational facilities preferred.
• Experience as an owner's representative in a design and construction environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day design and construction management across multiple active projects and campus sites.
• Coordinate between client, contractors, design teams, campus representatives, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Communicate professionally with school administrators, staff, students, parents, contractors, inspectors, and the public.
