Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in design or construction management or related role supporting commercial, institutional, public-sector, or K-12 educational facility projects.
• Experience serving as an owner's representative or supporting public-sector clients in construction management.
• Strong communication, client relationship and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day design and construction management activities across multiple active projects and campus sites.
• Coordinate between client, contractors, design teams, campus representatives, agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare thorough daily reports capturing construction progress, observations, site activities, issues, and follow-up items.
• Support schedule tracking, quantity review, budget awareness, documentation control, and issue management.
• Manage construction activities in occupied, operational campus environments with minimal disruption.
