STV Group in Dallas seeks an experienced owner’s representative to lead design and construction management across multiple campus projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, school staff, design teams, public agencies, and community stakeholders to keep projects moving forward in occupied environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 5-10 years in design or construction management for commercial, institutional, or K-12 projects.
• Experience as an owner's representative in design and construction environments preferred.
• Strong communication, client relationships, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PM software.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day design and construction management across multiple active campus sites.
• Coordinate between client, contractors, design teams, campus representatives, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Communicate professionally with school staff, administrators, students, and the public.
• Monitor progress, contractor performance, schedules, quality, and field coordination.
• Prepare daily reports detailing progress, observations, and issues.
• Participate in meetings and closeout activities.
• Review documents, submittals, RFIs, schedules, and field conditions for conformance.
• Support schedule tracking, budget awareness, and documentation control.
• Help manage construction in occupied campuses while minimizing disruption.
• Coordinate with utility providers, inspectors, and third-party consultants as needed.
