Qualifications

• Approximately 5-10 years of experience managing construction, design, infrastructure, or other capital projects.
• Experience leading complex projects with multiple consultants, contractors, vendors, agencies, and client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience managing detailed schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, procurement logs, and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of design and construction workflows, contracts, RFQs/RFPs, submittals, invoices/pay applications, change management, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner-side capital project workstreams from planning and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Serve as trusted advisor for the client, aligning scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and business objectives.
• Build and maintain integrated master schedules; identify critical-path constraints and recovery actions.
• Establish and maintain project cost controls, budgets, committed costs, contingency, cash flow, and forecasted final cost.
• Create clear scopes and RFQ/RFP packages; manage bidder questions, proposals, awards, and onboarding.
• Lead coordination and schedule-recovery meetings; turn discussions into decisions with owners and due dates.
• Track design, permitting, procurement, RFI, submittal, and stakeholder decisions; remove blockers before milestones.
• Review contracts, invoices, pay apps, lien docs, and proposed change orders for accuracy.
• Monitor field progress, quality, budget, and schedule via site visits and OAC meetings.
• Maintain the project’s working source of truth and proactive client/executive reporting with recommendations.
