Job summary

Vertical Capital Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead development and construction projects on behalf of the owner from pre-development through closeout. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, oversee permitting, inspections, and track milestones to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Advanced degree or certifications (PMP/CCM) beneficial.
• Strong project management skills for complex development or construction projects.
• Ability to interpret design documents, contracts, and specs with analytic problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and construction projects on behalf of the owner from pre-development through closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors; oversee permitting and inspections.
• Review contracts and change orders; monitor logistics and procurement.
• Regularly report status to ownership and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
