Ala Moana Hotel by Mantra in Honolulu seeks an Owner Relations Manager to grow and retain keys in our rental program. You will build relationships with owners and investors, review rental trends, and implement strategies to expand the program.

You will work closely with the Mantra Group, Real Estate partners, and internal teams to maximize occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining accurate databases and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hotel ops, property management, or owner relations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• High attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide high level service to Unit Owners and potential Owners.
• Maintain market knowledge of Honolulu real estate and hotel operations.
• Communicate effectively with Mantra Group to maximize department potential.
• Develop knowledge of IRAA, services and options in rental program.
• Monitor unit rental activity, returns and competitor data.
• Coordinate showings and educate buyers on rental program benefits.
• Maintain and update owner databases and logs.
• Develop investor collateral with Mantra Group.
• Foster relationships with real estate agents for referrals.
• Assist with admin tasks for Owner Relations team.
