Job summary

Summit County Mountain Retreats is seeking an Owner Relations Manager to nurture a portfolio of vacation rental owners. You will be the single point of contact, lead onboarding and ongoing management, coordinate with operations, review owner statements, and drive retention and revenue growth with a trusted, proactive approach.

The role requires strong communication, ownership mindset, and cross-functional collaboration across teams. Occasional travel to properties is included as part of the role.

Qualifications

2+ years in account management, property management, or related roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Foster trusted relationships through proactive communication and high care standards.
Serve as the dedicated contact for homeowners across channels.
Maintain knowledge of each owner’s property, goals, and priorities.
Explain revenue strategy and market dynamics with confidence to owners.
Oversee onboarding of new properties and ongoing management.
Coordinate maintenance with operations and review owner statements.
