Sundt is seeking a Project Engineer to serve as the technical source on construction documents, subcontracts, and purchase orders. You will support PM plans, procurement, and change management while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology and related standards.
• Four-year construction degree or equivalent training plus experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to supervise diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand project management plans and change management processes.
• Develop procurement and CPM schedules; coordinate submittals.
• Manage budgets and cost control within approved budgets.
• Maintain As-built records and close-out documentation.
• Assist with concrete form design and takeoffs for earthworks and utilities.
• Develop and supervise project team members for relentless execution.
• Prepare quantity reporting and meeting minutes; maintain logs.
• Prepare and review change orders and log; communicate with field personnel.
• Identify and mitigate potential claims and resolve impacts promptly.
