Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding them through the sales steps.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and lead product knowledge training for associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing internal reports.
• Keep backstock organized and ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished.
• Ensure products are accurately displayed with price tags and signage.
• Communicate professionally with teammates, campus, vendors and sales reps.
