Launch Bonus

$20,000 (paid once candidate launches fully compliant AAA branded agency)

Marketing Reimbursement

Up to $15k in year 1, measured on a quarterly basis over the first 36 months

Potential bonus of up to $150k per month, starting in year 3 (month 25)

Up to 8% paid based on agency growth month over month

Agency Owner Overview

This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven business people interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You should have industry-relevant experience and capital to ensure quality service. You’ll own and grow an agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, offering property and casualty, life insurance, AAA memberships, and other products.

Products include autos, bicycles, RVs, motorcycles, and more. AAA Membership offers roadside assistance and discounts on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel, and auto care.

Insurance offerings include Property and Casualty (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Commercial Lines) and Life Insurance (Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, Annuities). AAA Life Insurance has an A- rating from A.M. Best.
