Agency Owner – Experience & Leadership

AAA – The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business‑minded, visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to lead a profitable multi‑line insurance agency.

Compensation & Bonuses

Unlimited earning potential through a 100% incentive‑based structure. Earnings include new‑business and renewal commissions, bonus programs, and support programs.

• Education/Training Bonus: $4,000 (paid once the 4‑week virtual program is finished)
• Launch Bonus: $15,000 (paid once the fully compliant AAA‑branded agency launches)
• Marketing Reimbursement: Up to $15,000 in year 1, escalating over the first 36 months, with potential extra bonuses (up to $150,000 per month in year 3) and up to 8% reward based on month‑over‑month agency growth
