AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team.

Overview

This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven business people interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and need a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products, to a well-defined and loyal client base.

Products include autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. You’ll offer programs for Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines. You’ll also have access to brokered products from multiple carriers to meet diverse member needs (varies by state).

You’ll sell Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities. AAA Life Insurance Company has an A- rating by A.M. Best.

Responsibilities

Own and grow a multi-line insurance agency serving AAA members and new prospects.
Sell a range of insurance products and AAA memberships; build a base of loyal clients.
Develop and implement an agency business plan to achieve sustainable profitability.
Lead and manage licensed staff; oversee financials and cash flows.
Ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards throughout onboarding and operations.

Compensation & Benefits

Commission-based earnings with competitive new-business and renewal commissions and bonus programs.
Education/Training Bonus: $4,000 (paid after completing a 4-week virtual education program).
Launch Bonus: $15,000 (paid when agency launches fully compliant AAA-branded).
Marketing Reimbursement: Up to $15k in year 1; up to $150k bonus potential per month starting in year 3 (month 25).
Up to 8% paid based on agency growth month over month.

Support & Training

Strong onboarding with a deployment plan to ensure compliance with AAA protocols.
Comprehensive education combining in-person and virtual training on core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems.
Resources to grow: assistance hiring licensed staff, managing finances, developing business plans, and access to a network of experienced EAs and experts.
