AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. This opportunity focuses on building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members.

What you will do

You will own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products to a well-defined and loyal client base. You will offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs, motorcycles, and other membership benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

• Follow a structured onboarding plan with guidance to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards.
• Leverage in-person and virtual training covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems.
• Utilize available resources to recruit licensed staff, manage financials and cash flows, develop and adapt a business plan, and network with experienced EAs and business experts.

Agency Owner Overview

This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals who can invest capital to build a profitable, multi-line insurance agency serving AAA Members. You will own and grow an agency that sells:

• AAA Memberships with access to services such as roadside assistance and savings opportunities
• Property and casualty insurance (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles, and Commercial Lines) with access to brokered products from leading carriers (state varies)
• Life Insurance (Term, Universal Life, Whole Life) and Annuities
