Job summary

Northwest Exterminating Co., LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to actively build your own pipeline, prospect, and convert conversations into customers. You’ll own your territory with support from a strong team and potential commission after training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes to potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking and partnerships.
• Communicate value of services and transition prospects into customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain safety-first practices when operating company vehicles and equipment.
