ENCON Heating & A/C is seeking a Business Development Manager to run a field-based sales territory from Stamford, CT. You will build a book of business, meet decision-makers, and design maintenance programs that fit client goals, with about one day in the office per week and the rest in the field.

No HVAC experience required; we provide training. The role rewards driven professionals with uncapped commissions and a growing book of business paid year after year.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of B2B sales or winning new accounts.
• Ability to travel territory within roughly an hour or two of home.
• Comfort in lead generation and closing deals with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a target list of 500-800 commercial properties in your assigned industry.
• Open doors through phone, email, LinkedIn, in-person visits and industry associations to secure meetings.
• Learn each building's challenges, propose a maintenance program, and close the agreement.
