Encon Heating & AC is hiring a Business Development Manager to run a personal sales territory near Milford, CT. You will meet decision-makers, win new accounts, and build a book of business that pays you year after year, with about one day a week in the office and the rest in the field.

No HVAC experience is required; we teach the technical side. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 with uncapped commissions and a book-of-business payout that grows over time.

Formación

• Two or more years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience winning new accounts rather than managing existing ones.
• Comfort leading conversations with senior decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own a target list of 500–800 commercial properties in your assigned industry, with sales manager.
• Open doors through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings; secure meetings with owners and facility leaders.
• Learn buildings' challenges; walk the facility and design a maintenance program aligned with customer goals.
• Close the agreement and hand it to operations, then pursue the next opportunity.
