Job summary

Core Group USA is seeking an experienced Environmental Planner / Project Manager to independently manage a diverse portfolio of environmental planning and permitting projects across the Pacific Northwest, including Washington and Oregon. You will work with clients, regulators, and cross-disciplinary teams to develop permitting strategies and deliver comprehensive permit applications.

With 5+ years of experience, you’ll navigate NEPA/SEPA, manage scopes and budgets, and contribute to proposals

Qualifications

• 5+ years of environmental planning and permitting experience.
• Ability to manage projects independently and deliver results.
• Experience coordinating with clients, regulators and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage environmental planning and permitting projects.
• Develop permitting strategies and identify applicable regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate permit applications and environmental review documents.
• Navigate NEPA and SEPA processes with local, state and federal agencies.
• Coordinate directly with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules and deliverables.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and support business development.
