WSP is seeking a Senior Principal Geologist / Senior Technical Manager for the Pacific Northwest Site Investigation & Remediation Team. Based in Redmond, WA or Portland, OR, the role leads complex environmental projects, collaborates with regulators, clients, and multidisciplinary teams, and advances strategic remediation solutions.

This senior position requires 12+ years of experience, professional registration, and strong writing and communication skills to guide project teams and develop

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively responsible environmental consulting experience.
• Strong technical writing, data interpretation, and communication skills.
• Experience leading contaminated site investigations and remedial actions.
• Professional registration as LHG or PG or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MTCA, CERCLA, RCRA and related regulatory programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership for site investigation, remediation, and regulatory strategies.
• Lead development of conceptual site models, investigation strategies, and remedial alternatives.
• Oversee complex environmental assessments and remedial programs under MTCA, CERCLA, RCRA.
• Mentor junior staff and support client advisory services.
• Deliver technical excellence through peer review and QA of project work products.
• Support pursuit of new projects and client relationship management.
