Job summary

WSP USA is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the Federal Environmental Team in Seattle, Redmond, or Tacoma offices. You will manage design, development, and implementation of environmental programs across public and private sectors, including field investigations and remediation system design.

Responsibilities include coordinating project teams, tracking scope/schedule/budget, and producing concise documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant post‑education experience.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication in engineering contexts.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal/external teams and lead project teams.
• Track scope, schedule, and budget; identify risks.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and coordinate resources.
• Manage client communications and relationships.
• Collect and analyze environmental data from soils, water, sediment.
• Prepare documentation and reports; ensure quality.
• Maintain safety and comply with company policies.
