Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of family law matters from hire through resolution alongside attorneys.
• Draft and prepare Petitions, Summons, Case Information Sheets, Notices and Motions; e-file with county courts.
• Own deadlines; manage calendars and filing dates to ensure timeliness.
• Talk to clients, answer questions, and provide clear, client-appropriate updates.
• Keep matters current and well-organized for easy review by others.
• Collaborate with attorneys as a proactive teammate, not just via email.
