Arise Equity Management seeks a dedicated Community Manager in Houston, TX. You will own the community operations, drive leasing pipelines, maintain budgets and lead a hands-on team across maintenance and leasing.

You will oversee delinquency control, renewals, and resident relations while upholding Fair Housing standards. The role requires mobility around the community, strong communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of on-site multifamily community management experience.
• Proven success in leasing, delinquency control and budget management.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing, Texas landlord-tenant law and eviction procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing and maintenance employees; manage schedules and payroll.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor management and variances within approved budget.
• Manage renewals, resident communication and online reputation.
