Job summary

AOG Living, part of Allied Orion Group, is seeking a Community Manager in Houston to lead a multifamily community, oversee daily operations, financial performance, leasing, and resident satisfaction, while building a positive culture for residents and team members.

The role requires at least 2 years of multifamily management, strong leadership, budgeting, customer service, knowledge of Fair Housing, and proficiency with property management software; we offer growth and equal opportunity

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum previous multifamily property management experience, preferably as a Community Manager or Property Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, property operations, and leasing performance.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management software.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members.
• Oversee daily property operations and ensure company standards are met.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve resident concerns.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Lead leasing efforts to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and safety requirements.
