Job summary

Corporate Tools in Post Falls, Idaho is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead remodels, build-outs, and major renovations across the company’s real estate portfolio in multiple states. You’ll own projects from initial sketch through punch list, coordinating contractors, budgets, and schedules.

We own 30+ offices nationwide; you will work with property management and in-house design to drive capital improvements and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading commercial construction projects across multiple states.
• Hands-on with construction crews; able to evaluate GC/engineer performance.
• Ability to read drawings and specs; understand building systems.
• Experience with budgets, bids, and change orders.
• Familiarity with permitting, codes, and ADA in new jurisdictions.
• Owns projects and communicates proactively; handles feedback and keeps stakeholders informed.
• Willingness to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from scope and budget to permitting, construction, and closeout.
• Build and manage a bench of GC, architects, engineers, and vendors; run bids.
• Set budgets and schedules; spot risks early and plan fixes.
• Partner with property management and in-house design to plan capital improvements.
• Jump in and do the work when needed.
