Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management.
• 15 years of related experience on commercial construction projects.
• Strong computer skills with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project is completed on-time, within budget, with high quality and safety.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and subs to resolve issues early.
• Manage bid processes, change orders, and subcontractor administration.
• Lead and develop project team through regular meetings and evaluations.
