Corporate Tools LLC in Post Falls, Idaho is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead builds, remodels, and major renovations across our real estate portfolio. You will own projects from the first sketch to the final punch list.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing commercial construction projects across multiple states.
• Hands-on construction background with GC/engineer/vendor management.
• Ability to read drawings and specs; understands HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, life safety.
• Experience with budgets, reviewing bids, and managing change orders.
• Familiarity with permitting, building codes, and ADA; comfortable in new jurisdictions.
• Owns projects, accepts direct feedback, communicates proactively.

Responsabilités

• Own construction projects from scope to closeout across the national portfolio.
• Build and manage a bench of GCs, architects, engineers, and vendors; run bids and contracts.
• Set budgets and schedules; identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with property management and in-house design to plan capital improvements.
• Jump in and do the work when needed.
