In this on-site role you will work with professional car haulers, account managers, and internal stakeholders, providing proactive status updates, handling exceptions, and maintaining carrier relationships to protect revenue and service levels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage loads efficiently and cost-effectively from load assignment through delivery.
• Keep active orders current in the TMS and monitor pick-up/delivery against performance standards.
• Flag at-risk deliveries and resolve exceptions with proactive actions.
• Build relationships with professional car haulers and carriers to ensure smooth operations.
