Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support Services to the Armed Forces and International Services. The role involves deploying to overseas locations for six-month rotations, managing SAF/IS programs, volunteers, and coordinating emergency communications for military members.

You will work with installation partners, ensure compliance with policies, and help deliver critical services in austere environments while maintaining readiness and adherence to

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of program management experience.
• Experience managing volunteers and liaising with military or installation leadership is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in diverse, challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAF/IS program delivery and volunteer teams across deployments.
• Coordinate emergency communications and family support for service members and families.
• Oversee travel logistics, reporting, and compliance with mission guidelines.
• Build relationships with military leadership and installation partners.
