RGNext is seeking an experienced EHS professional for an overseas assignment at Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. You will provide program oversight for EHS compliance, coordinate with multiple departments, and lead safety training while ensuring adherence to OSHA, AR 385-10, and related standards.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's in a related field, and the ability to relocate to Kwajalein.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide program oversight and administer EHS policies per RGNext contract and OSHA/ANSI/AR 385-10 standards.
• Coordinate with project departments to ensure compliance and safe work planning.
• Advise leadership and employees on EHS noncompliance; stop work in danger situations.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs and track completion.
• Assist with occupational medical program support and EHS data reporting.
• Conduct facility safety inspections and support HMWPP activities.
