Job summary

RGNext seeks an experienced Environmental Health & Safety professional to oversee EHS programs and ensure compliance across projects. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments and delivering comprehensive safety training.

The position is located on Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands, with benefits including housing and potential tax incentives. Candidates must have a strong background in OSHA standards and contractor safety management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline, or experience in lieu of education.
• Eight (8) or more years of relevant occupational health and safety experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide program oversight and administer policies per EHS, OSHA, and DoD requirements.
• Coordinate with project departments to ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
• Advise leadership on EHS noncompliance and stop work in imminent danger situations.
• Develop, deliver, and track internal and contractual EHS training.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses and risk assessments; report findings to leadership.
• Support occupational medical programs and facility safety inspections.
• Assist with subcontractor EHS work scope reviews and environmental programs.
