Job summary

RGNext seeks an Environmental Compliance Specialist to lead DoD environmental programs at US sites, including Kwajalein Atoll operations. You will develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with legal and OHSE teams.

This role requires a strong background in environmental standards (40 CFR, NEPA), experience with government contracts, and the ability to travel to remote locations and support overseas assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, EHS, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of environmental experience on DoD or government contracts.
• Experience with US environmental standards and regulations (40 CFR, NEPA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures in line with US standards and Army requirements.
• Assist in managing contract PWS/CDRLS implementation.
• Ensure environmental operations compliance with USAG-KA standards.
• Conduct assessments/inspections to monitor compliance with environmental permits and procedures.
• Manage HMWPP program compliance, reporting, and training.
• Coordinate NEPA reports and environmental budgeting activities.
• Provide environmental guidance to OHSE and project departments.
• Develop and monitor environmental procedures and training.
• Consult with RGNext Legal on Notices of Deficiencies.
• Perform spill response program coordination and training.
