Job summary

RGNext is seeking an experienced EHS professional for an overseas assignment on Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands. You will oversee safety programs, train staff, and ensure compliance with OSHA and AR/DoD requirements, coordinating with Engineering, Facilities, and Mission Operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Occupational Health & Safety or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience, plus the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field or equivalent experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant occupational health and safety experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide program oversight and administer EHS policies per contract and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project departments to ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
• Advise leadership on EHS noncompliance; stop dangerous work as needed.
• Develop and manage training programs and track completion.
• Deliver EHS-related training such as orientation, fall prevention, and confined space.
• Develop JHA, perform risk assessments, and report actions to leadership.
• Support occupational medical programs and environmental program operations.
• Conduct facility safety inspections and corrective action tracking.
