Job summary

RGNext seeks an experienced EHS trainer to join our team for an overseas assignment on Roi-Namur, Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands. You will lead occupational safety training, develop programs, and monitor effectiveness while ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Occupational Health & Safety or related field, instructor certifications, and the ability to travel to remote sites. Housing, meals, and overseas incentives are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline.
Experience developing and delivering safety training programs.
Knowledge of occupational safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Deliver EHS training including First Aid/CPR/AED, electrical safety, and OSHA topics.
Develop training plans, schedule and logistics for on-site and CONUS training.
Assess training needs and track program effectiveness with KPI data.
Prepare safety reports and maintain training databases.
Support development and revision of EHS policies and procedures.
Travel to remote sites and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
