Job summary

Range Generation Next Llc seeks an experienced Environmental Health & Safety trainer for an overseas assignment on Roi-Namur, Kwajalein Atoll. The role focuses on delivering safety training, conducting audits, and developing EHS programs for mission-focused operations.

The position requires five years of EHS experience and instructor certifications. Travel to remote sites is expected, and a U.S. security clearance may be required. RGNext provides a robust benefits package upon assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline or experience in lieu of education.
• Five (5) years of related EHS experience.
• Instructor certifications: First Aid/CPR/AED, Electrical safety/LOTO NFPA 70E, OSHA Construction or General IndustryInstructor.
• HAZWOPER instructor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance relative to RTS Engineering Contract, PWS and deliverables for occupational health and industrial safety management.
• Provide direct support to Environmental Health & Safety program operations, including training.
• Conduct EHS training needs assessment and identify gaps for program improvement.
• Develop training plans, coordinate logistics of onsite/CONUS training, track training records, monitor regulatory standards.
• Deliver or assist in delivering EHS-related training (e.g., new employee safety orientation, fall prevention, PPE use).
• Develop or revise EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist with Job Hazard Analysis, work scope review, environmental programs, incident response, risk assessment, facility inspection, equipment requisition.
• Other duties as assigned.
