RGNext seeks a seasoned Environmental Program Specialist for an overseas assignment at Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands. The role focuses on developing and enforcing environmental policies, ensuring compliance with US environmental standards, and coordinating NEPA and related environmental reporting.

You will advise OHSE, manage budgets, and supervise cross-functional teams in a challenging, remote setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, EHS or related discipline, or experience in lieu of education.
• Five or more years of environmental experience on DoD or similar government contracts.
• Compliance related experience (RCRA, CWA, CAA, SDWA, NEPA, DOT, TSCA).
• Environmental sampling (soil, water, atmospheric) experience and related matters.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures per USAGE-KA standards and regulations.
• Assist in managing contract PWS/CDRLS.
• Ensure RGNext environmental operations compliance with environmental standards.
• Conduct assessments/inspections to monitor compliance with regulations and permits.
• Develop and track NEPA reports and related project management responsibilities.
• Manage HMWPP program and conduct compliance inspections; provide training.
• Provide environmental guidance to OHSE and project departments.
• Develop, revise and deliver environmental procedures and training.
• Coordinate with RGNext Legal on Notices of Deficiencies (NOD) and provide technical guidance.
