Planate Management Group is looking for a skilled Civil Engineer in Washington, DC to support the Nairobi CAA Project. This role includes overseeing the construction of a new CAA building, ensuring compliance with U.S. standards, and conducting inspections. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, at least 7 years of relevant experience, and preferably a Professional Engineer License. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of construction experience.
• Professional Engineer License preferred.
• Must have overseas work experience.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect civil and structural works including site development.
• Review drawings, specifications, calculations, and contractor submittals.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with schedule.
• Evaluate RFIs, change orders, and field conditions.
• Verify material quality and workmanship meet contract requirements.
• Coordinate with architectural and MEP disciplines.
