Planate Management Group is seeking a skilled Architect to provide oversight and quality assurance for the Nairobi CAA Project, ensuring compliance with design documents and U.S. codes. The position requires a Bachelor's in Architecture and a minimum of 7 years of relevant construction experience, along with overseas work experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant construction experience.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• Overseas work experience required.
• Knowledge of U.S. codes and international standards.
• Experience in QA/QC and construction administration.
• Knowledge of Construction Safety regulations (EM 385-1-1, OSHA).
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings and specifications for compliance.
• Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality.
• Monitor contractor quality control processes.
• Evaluate RFIs and design changes for accuracy.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to resolve conflicts.
• Track construction progress and identify risks.
• Maintain logs and prepare reports for RFIs and inspections.
• Identify deficiencies and ensure timely resolution.
• Support verification of completed work for payment.
