Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 7 years of relevant construction experience.
Licensed Architect preferred.
Overseas work experience required.
Knowledge of U.S. codes and international standards.
Experience in QA/QC and construction administration.
Knowledge of Construction Safety regulations (EM 385-1-1, OSHA).
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
Review architectural drawings and specifications for compliance.
Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality.
Monitor contractor quality control processes.
Evaluate RFIs and design changes for accuracy.
Coordinate with engineering disciplines to resolve conflicts.
Track construction progress and identify risks.
Maintain logs and prepare reports for RFIs and inspections.
Identify deficiencies and ensure timely resolution.
Support verification of completed work for payment.
