Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant construction experience.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• Must have overseas work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals for compliance.
• Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality and adherence to design intent.
• Track construction progress and identify risks impacting schedule or quality.

Skills

Knowledge of U.S. codes and international standards

QA/QC and construction administration experience

Knowledge of Construction Safety regulations

Microsoft Suite proficiency

Education
