Job summary
Planate Management Group is seeking a skilled electrical engineer for the Nairobi CAA Project, which involves constructing a new CAA building. You will provide technical oversight and ensure that all electrical systems comply with U.S. standards and project specifications. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 7 years of construction experience, along with a strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes. Full-time benefits include medical insurance and a 401K plan.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of construction experience.
Professional Engineer License preferred.
Prior OBO site experience preferred.
Must have overseas experience.
Responsibilities
Inspect electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, transformers, and controls.
Review shop drawings, calculations, and submittals for compliance with design intent.
Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Skills
Electrical systems experience
Knowledge of U.S. standards and codes
Construction Safety regulations knowledge
Microsoft Suite proficiency
Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
Education
