Job summary
Planate Management Group is seeking a skilled electrical engineer for the Nairobi CAA Project. This position involves providing technical oversight and ensuring compliance of electrical installations with U.S. standards. Responsibilities include inspecting systems, reviewing compliance documents, coordinating with teams, and preparing detailed reports. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, at least 7 years of construction experience, and preferably a Professional Engineer License along with overseas experience. This is a full-time position with numerous employee benefits.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of construction experience.
Professional Engineer License preferred.
Prior OBO site experience preferred.
Must have overseas experience.
Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
Inspect electrical systems and ensure compliance with codes and specifications.
Review shop drawings and calculations for design compliance.
Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Coordinate with architectural and civil teams for system integration.
Prepare detailed engineering and inspection reports.
