Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of relevant construction experience.
Licensed Architect preferred.
QA/QC and construction administration experience required.
Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
Review architectural drawings for compliance.
Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality.
Monitor contractor quality control processes.
Evaluate RFIs and design changes for technical accuracy.
Coordinate with engineering disciplines to resolve conflicts.
Track construction progress and identify risks.
Maintain logs and prepare reports for RFIs.
Identify deficiencies and ensure timely resolution.
Support verification of completed work for payment applications.
