Planate Management Group is looking for a skilled Architect to support the Nairobi CAA Project, providing architectural oversight and quality assurance. Responsibilities include reviewing architectural documents, conducting inspections, and monitoring quality control. Candidates must hold a degree in Architecture, have at least 7 years of construction experience, and preferably be licensed. Knowledge of U.S. codes is essential. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant construction experience.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• QA/QC and construction administration experience required.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings for compliance.
• Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality.
• Monitor contractor quality control processes.
• Evaluate RFIs and design changes for technical accuracy.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to resolve conflicts.
• Track construction progress and identify risks.
• Maintain logs and prepare reports for RFIs.
• Identify deficiencies and ensure timely resolution.
• Support verification of completed work for payment applications.
