Qualifications

• Experience providing holistic supportive services to young people.
• Training in youth development, harm reduction and/or trauma‑informed care.
• Knowledge of minor sex trafficking and gender-based violence issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 safety, supervision, and security for youth at Dignity House.
• Conduct intakes, respond to crisis calls, and de-escalate when needed.
• Maintain records, complete progress notes, and coordinate services.
