Job summary

Waypoint is hiring Shelter Staff for the Homeless Youth Program in Manchester, NH, on the overnight shift. This full-time role runs 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM and offers 40 hours per week with a $21.50/hour base rate plus shift differential.

You will build meaningful relationships with youth, provide overnight support, respond to needs and crises, and help with morning routines to start the day safely and respectfully. We value empathy, flexibility, and a trauma-informed, harm-reduction approach.

Qualifications

• In-house trauma-informed care approach is used.
• Harm reduction and Positive Youth Development are guiding principles.
• Ability to respond to crises during nighttime hours.

Responsibilities
