This part-time role includes early morning and weekend shifts, documenting safety and medical concerns, assisting with supplies, and engaging with participants to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding and knowledge of housing safety concerns.
• Demonstrated proficiency in excellent customer service.
• Must be willing to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean, and non-threatening environment to persons experiencing homelessness.
• Document safety, security, participant behaviors, medical concerns, and other issues.
• Monitor and request supplies as necessary.
• Communicate with participants and support engagement and daily operations.
• Participate in housekeeping and ensure a safe environment.
