CHOR Youth & Family Services is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead Youth Counselors, ensure safety, and maintain program compliance. The role involves overnight supervision, medication administration, and accurate EHR entries, while upholding policy standards across all shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or higher with youth experience, plus supervisory exposure. Strong communication and leadership are essential in this mission-driven environment in Doylestown, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and at least 1 year of experience working with youth.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the personal safety of residents, staff and visitors.
• Oversee Youth Counselors and residents during overnight shifts.
• Mentor Youth Counselors on a behavioral modification system.
• Record resident medications in the Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Ensure accurate documentation of behaviors, room conditions, visits in EHR.
• Administer medications per policy and document administrations.
