Job summary

NFI Massachusetts Inc. in Wilmington, MA, is seeking a compassionate Awake Overnight Assistant Residential Supervisor to join our Milestone program.

The role supports youths aged 12–22 with emotional and behavioral health needs, providing secure, structured, and therapeutic care in a residential setting. The Overnight Supervisor leads overnight shifts, supervises daily tasks, and helps youths develop life skills and healthy routines, all while ensuring safety and positive role modeling.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adolescents or youth in care settings preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight shifts.
• Administrative oversight of daily tasks and procurement.
• Provide direct supervision and support to youth in a residential setting.
• Remain awake during the entire shift and conduct bed checks.
• Maintain a safe, structured environment and model healthy decision-making.
• Support youth with life skills and daily routines.
• Engage in crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality care and programming.
