Job summary

Easter Seals NH, Inc. is seeking a flexible Youth Support Specialist in Belmont, NH to build supportive relationships with adolescents as they transition into adulthood.

This per diem role focuses on one-on-one guidance, education support, and career coaching to help youth position themselves for success. Responsibilities include providing personalized guidance, fostering a caring environment, and promoting overall social health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of work experience.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop supportive, nurturing, and empowering relationships with adolescents as they transition into adulthood.
• Provide one-on-one guidance for adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth to position them for success in life.
• Offer educational support, career coaching, personal skill development, or fostering social health and wellness for students to grow and thrive in their communities.
