Easter Seals NH, Inc. is seeking Residential Support Counselors in Hooksett, NH. The role supports three adults in a residential home, promoting independence, safety, and companionship throughout daily activities and community outings.

You’ll assist with activities of daily living, medication administration, light housekeeping, meals, and documentation per care plans. A valid driver’s license is required, and the position offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible staff.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in human services with high-need/high-risk population.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Promote independence, create a safe environment and provide companionship to clients in a residential setting.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Support with light housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry.
• Accompany individuals on outings to daily activities, appointments and community events.
• Follow each individual’s care plan and complete daily documentation.
• Training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety will be provided.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
