Arrow Senior Living in Solon, OH is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager for the 7pm–7am shift. The role is full-time with a pay range of $32–$39 per hour, based in a home-like community at Vitalia Solon.

You will supervise the Wellness team, provide direct nursing care, and ensure timely, person-centered care for residents. Qualified candidates hold an active LPN or RN license, with experience in nursing care, documentation, and adherence to care standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Direct (hands-on) nursing care and medication passes as needed.
• Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of medication regulation and law.

Responsibilities

• Act as Superior Supervisor in the absence of department heads and lead the Wellness team.
• Be a Force on the Floor—assist residents and respond to requests with urgency.
• Diligent Documenter—accurate, efficient medical records and assessments.
• Compassionate Caregiver—professional, caring interactions ensuring residents feel safe and cared for.
