Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager for the Hudson Grande location in Hudson, OH. The role runs 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. on a part-time schedule and includes direct nursing care, medication passes, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will lead the Wellness team, ensure resident safety, and model compassionate care. Qualified applicants hold an active LPN or RN license within the state, possess English communication skills, and are prepared for physically demanding

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN or RN license in good standing for the state of employment.
• Provide hands-on nursing care including medication administration.
• Thorough working knowledge of care standards/regulations.
• Knowledge of medication regulations and law.

Responsibilities

• Supervise as a Superior Supervisor in the building when heads are absent.
• Be active on the floor, assist with call lights and resident needs.
• Document resident assessments and medical records accurately.
• Provide compassionate, professional care ensuring resident safety and well-being.
